Document sets are created depending upon your need. For procurement, one set could be for a one-time construction project, or blanket parts supply, or professional service procurements. All documents needed for each are included in the set.
2 Answer Questions
Full-sentence questions guide the user. Answers are used to populate and assemble the documents. Consistency is ensured across documents as common fields across documents are completed with the same answers. Complex logic can be built into each answer.
3 Ask for help when unsure
Expert guidance built right into the system. Every input can have custom help and can be linked to your intranet or SharePoint site for direct access to relevant policy and process documents.
4 Export Documents
